 ADEPTINFOSOFT CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY 

Cancellation before Delivery (Only effective on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order of the goods that you want to cancel have not been transmitted yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@ihuntbest.com  or call us on 9911884428 (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 12AM to 3PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly handled by us.

How will I get returned for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation already delivery, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation appeal.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been shipped or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and confirmed at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the repayment will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reproduce in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the repayment amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us getting the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to return in your account.
  • In addition, we also deliver the hassle-free option of refund through IHuntBest coupons, which can be used through more purchases.

What if I used discount vouchers or fidelity points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount checks are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed fidelity points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return an products purchased on IHuntBest?
Indian Orders:

IHuntBest offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can increase a return/exchange request of a product within 15 days of its transfer. We also accept part returns where you can raise a return appeal for one or all products in you order.

  • Step 1: Connection our Customer Care team via email (support@ihuntbest.com) within 15 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your appeal to return your order. Friendly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will choice up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the repayment or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

International Orders:

Products can only be suitable for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / faulty state or are expired or an improper product has been transported. Such products can only be refunded in their original packaging, in an unused and closed condition. [Opened or used products will not be recognized as returns.]

If a return is accepted, IHuntBest will replace or repayment the invoiced rupee value for, the injured / defective / expired / wrong product. In also case, the extra client amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the client in the form of a refund coupon, that can be applied to the customer’s next order with IHuntBest, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receiving.

Note: If it is a case of additional, it is subject to the obtainability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will repayment you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for removals to refunds.

Which are the products that cannot be returned/exchanged?

Returns will not be accepted under the following situations:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without unique packing with, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other fixtures or if original packaging is spoiled
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Faulty products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or improved
  • If appeal is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery
  • Free product providing by brand

Categories not eligible for Return:

  • ModifiedGoods (e.g.: eyeliners, compacts, mascaras, etc.) cannot be returned since they are available during select raises and ordered on request
  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to cleanliness issues

I have received a damaged or faulty item/incorrect product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our deliveries go through hard quality check procedures before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during delivery or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and repayment.

If you have received an product in a damaged/faulty condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to freshman your return/refund within 15 days of getting the order:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@ihuntbest.com) within 15 business days of getting the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the statement for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the repayment or replacement procedure only if the products are received by us in their new packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a situation of replacement, it is subject to the obtainability of standard. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will repayment you the full amount.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a produce?

Yes. The free gift is involved as a Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is topic to the obtainability of stock.share of the item order and wants to be returned along with the originally brought product.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered many items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any specific item. How does the delivery method work?

  • Once our scheme processes your order, your products are reviewed thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted transfer partner.
  • Our delivery partners then take the package to you at the earliest chance. In case, they are unable to reach your providing address or at a right time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping – International customers do not pay import duties levied by their government to IHuntBest. Customers will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to accept the product.

How are items packaged?

We package our goods in boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each separate product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are securely secured with additional bubble covering.

What is the range of locations to which IHuntBest sends their products?

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been send out, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is dispensation your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is forwarded from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (without Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though, we save 95% of our catalogue in our list, certain products essential to be sourced directly from the brand itself therefore that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • While we are trying our best to avoid this condition, these products might delay your order. However, in case of international orders, producetransfer may get late due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.
  • If you are ordering our items from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to improved capacities. We will target to dispatch all orders inside 5 days of order date.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different shares of your order may have simply been transported from our different warehouse locations. Rest certain, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if appropriate, on the first package you accept.

International orders, in most occurrences, will be shipped in their entirety as one shipment.

Are there any shipping price applicable on my order?

  • We have normal shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India delivery charges - A flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.499, while there is free delivery for all orders above Rs.499.
  • International transport price-A flat amount of all Rs.500 will be charged for all orders below Rs.5000, while there is free delivery for all orders above Rs.5000.
  • We are presently not accepting orders below Rs.299

Does IHuntBest ship outdoor India?

At current IHuntBest ships only to India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to various other countries, so stay tuned.
